TicTac S.A. — Cybersecurity Engineer

  • Monitor and manage 70+ client tenants across Acronis Cyber Protect (Backup, EDR, Disaster Recovery) and Xcitium Endpoint Security within a live MSSP environment.
  • Designed and deployed Backup Radar from initial setup to full production, providing automated backup monitoring across all managed client environments.
  • Handle client-facing incident triage, escalation, and resolution via Zendesk and Odoo CRM.
  • Administer the company Zendesk platform, including ticket workflows, automation rules, and integrations supporting client operations across all managed accounts.
